His aim is to get his clients’ homes sold for the most money in the shortest amount of time.

While he enjoys working with all home sellers, he specializes in helping homeowners in distress. Not only do his marketing methods help them avoid foreclosure; his tact, care, and concern combine to alleviate their stress. These qualities also lend comfort to those selling homes due to divorce, job loss or the death of a loved one.

Those facing a short sale also appreciate his knowledge and his ability to present their case to the bank in a manner that gains cooperation and timely results. While many agents avoid short sales as being too difficult, he has specialized in them.

Randy believes that knowledge reduces stress, so he provides sellers with an accurate estimated net sheet as part of his listing presentation. In order to best serve his clients, Randy has earned real estate designations including CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource).

When not working for his clients, Randy enjoys spending time at home with his wife, and traveling occasionally.
